Report a problem

Tell me what happened, your game version and your device model. A screenshot can help; remove private information first. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, verification codes or identity documents.

Delete a game account or request data removal

In the Android game: open Settings → Account & data and choose the game-account deletion action. Read and confirm its consequences. Successful deletion closes the game. If an error appears, use this email channel rather than assuming deletion succeeded. This action does not delete historical Firebase analytics/crash records or your separate Unity Player Account; request those separately below.

You can request deletion here without having the game installed. This is a manual email process, not an automatic deletion button. No request is sent just by visiting this page.

  1. Email tigerywy@gmail.com with the subject B20 Stress Test — Data deletion request.
  2. Say whether you want to delete your game account and all associated game-service data, or name particular data, such as a cloud save, score entry, optional analytics, crash reports or support correspondence.
  3. Include your player ID if available. Find it in the game's Settings → Account & data and use Copy player ID. If it is unavailable, explain which account or installation the request concerns; you do not need to create a new account just to make a request.

I will help identify the relevant records and, where necessary, verify ownership using information proportionate to the request. A nickname or public player ID alone is not enough to authorize deletion. Do not put secret credentials in an email. I aim to respond within one month, follow any shorter applicable deadline, and explain any permitted extension or exception.

A full game-account deletion request covers the game's authentication identity and associated cloud progress, nickname and score entry, latest session information and recent run identifiers. Tell me if you also used optional analytics or crash reporting so those records can be considered. Some reports use a device or app-instance identifier rather than your game ID, so further non-secret information may be needed to locate them. I will explain what was removed and anything that must remain, with the reason and applicable retention period or criterion.

Cloud progress cannot normally be restored after deletion. Signing out or uninstalling does not automatically erase online records. Continuing to use online features or restoring an old local backup after deletion may create new data; do not resume online play if you want the account to remain closed. See the retention information for provider processing and backups.

Delete a separate Unity Player Account

To delete the identity you use to sign in across Unity-enabled games, visit Unity Player Accounts, sign in and use its Support option. That request is handled directly by Unity. It does not delete this game's data, and deleting this game's data does not delete the separate Unity identity. For Unity Player Account access requests, Unity lists unity-player-login-privacy@unity3d.com.

Other privacy requests and appeals

You can use the same developer email for access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal, or an appeal where those rights apply. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a child's data, mention that without including unnecessary details about the child. An authorized representative may need to provide evidence of authority.

The game is in early access. See the official itch.io page for current download availability. You can contact me about data from both earlier test builds and the current release.
